Start with a shoulder width stance. Reach your butt back and roll your knees out and quickly descend so the kettlebell passes your knees. Keep your atomach braces so your torso doesn’t twist. Once you hit depth violently reverse the weight by driving your shoulders up first as you come through flex your glutes and let the momentum carry the KB up over head. When you catch the dumbbell, lock your shoulder blade down on your back and punch your hand into the kettlebell. 3-4 x 5-10. 5 reps on each hand took me 30 seconds, so 10 reps/ Arm would be quite miserable. We used to do these every Speed day after speed squats and speed pulls
