Sit down with a slight bend in the knee low back arched. As you straighten your arms out, let your upper back roll over and your shoulder blades spread out across your back. To start the row back, pull your shoulder blades back and down then follow by driving your elbows back and arching your upper back hard. Make sure your hands are out wide. If you can’t keep a good position with your low back don’t do these. You shouldn’t have to pull with your lower back AT ALL on this, all movement and rowing is done from the thoracic region. Limit momentum as well, make the muscle work. - - 3-8 x 8-20
