Hook a chain onto your cable that’s about 16” long on both sides. Then attach a D handle on each end of the chain. Perform a pulldown but as you pull the handles down pull the handles apart at the same time. Very similar to a face pull motion but pull to your chest. - - 3-5 x 8-15
