Tuck your feet under like you’re about to bench. This should put your hip flexors on stretch. Put a softer med ball under your lumbar ao when you lay back you get a big stretch in your abs and hip flexors. Push out on the the sides, front and your back against the bark to sit up. Keep the weight under your chin through out the movement. 4x 20
