I'm constantly finding a way for every single client to make progress every single week. For a client that squats 800 lbs, working out %'s isn't that big of a deal. For a client with a max squat of 135 and with two bad hips...the difference between 50 and 52% is key in their progress and not always that easy to create when they are training at home. I remember having these types of issues 20 years ago when I started my home gym and I just wanted to make ANY progress, I would hang nuts and bolts from the end of the bar via fishing wire to add weight...but of course now we are much more advanced!
