Dynamic....it's suppose to be fast. I like dynamic days so the people can focus on technique while applying superior firepower to the main lift. I know that for the neural drive to be correct that it should be the first move, but I figure..."what the hell" what if we go into it a bit fatigued? So the last few times we warmed the hell out of these THEN proceeded to blast through the sets. After the first two or three sets the nervous system seems to feel alright and smoothed out. But those first couple??? Freak'n tough! Today's training: Reverse Hyper: 125 Cable Fly: 4x10 DB Floor Press: 4x10 Dynamic Bench: 10x3 DB Supine Tricep Extension: 4x10 Face Pulls: 125 DB Curls: 4x10 Pull a parts: 125 Preacher Curl: 4x10 Bike:
Dynamic is suppose to be FAST
