I don't run well is an excuse I hear ALL THE TIME! I never asked you to. If I wanted perfect runners, I would recruit them from a track meet. Nope, all I want you to bring to the table is a willingness to work. No one cares if your fast. No one cares if you are slow, No one cares if you look UN athletic. What EVERYONE cares about is that you show up, lace up, and man up! Improve by doing the things you hate to do with a positive attitude. I'll make fun of you later AFTER we accomplish the objective!!!     Saturday Morning Breakfast Bash Run: 5K High Knee Step'n Lunge 4x10 yards with a 10 yard jog back to recover 4x w/ right 4x w/left   Backward Lunge: 4x10 yard Side Shuffle: 4x10 yard Lunge w/ Elbow touch to opposite ankle Pogo Jumps: 5x10 yards x 100 "pops" per set Very slow linear motion but 100 quick pogo jumps in that 10 yards 4 x 20 yard SIDE LEAPS Important to stabilize the outside leg and abs to have no extra motion upon deceleration 5 x "I" which is down and back pedal "N" which is a down, back diagonal, straight forward second sprint completing the N "X" pattern which is down diagonal back right, forward, back diagonal left 6x10 yard sprint @90% 5x20x 90% 3x50x90% 3x60x90% 3x70x90% DONE
