I really did NOT want to be in the gym today. I really wanted to be at home with my family as I wasn't motivated at all to train. My wife did encourage me to get out and go do something so... My arm and shoulder was hurting BAD so I had planned to do a bunch of therapy, warm up, go home! Three kids in the neighborhood showed up as they had come by on Wednesday to sell calendar books that support orphaned children in Cyprus and I didn't have a dime on me to buy one so they came back. I bought one and they came inside the gym to look around. Their English was pretty slim but the kids (aged 9, 11, and 14) told me that they loved American Music like Justin Bieber so I quickly introduced them to 2 Pac and Bone Thugs.

Decided to front squat because my Viking Harness wouldn't put pressure on my trap like a squat would BUT I WAS WRONG! The back of it dug right in and hurt like crazy. The more that I did the more fired up that I got and I ended up with a 217.5 kg / 487.5 Freedom Unit X 2 Front Squat PR!
