Nothing like walking into a sled boobie trap. It's dark and the lights are a toe smash away from the front door. However, while I want to punch someone in the throat for leaving the dragging sleds right in front of the door upon entering, I understand the collective stupidity of those that use my gym when it's unsupervised.\ Because I arrive in the dark, my bike's front lamps are still lit and light up the potential landmines. So I'm much better with the experience that I have now. Here's the local with both doors open and the lights on. C'mon, who does this?

No toes were lost in filming this photo. Today was about SPEED. Glorious sexy Eleanor Roosevelt sexy speed whilst benching. I like my people to work out in groups of THREE. This gives the right amount of rest, allows for a spotter, AND a coach calling out technique cues. If you don't have that kind of chatter going on in your gym, then you don't have the right gym, training partners or dialog. Make that change happen NOW! If you don't know the proper lingo...get your butts to an LTTS or UGSS sooner than later. It will be an investment into YOURS and your groups strength and conditioning future. Dynamic Bench: 12x3x 185 lbs. Over head Push press: 12x3x95 Cable Lateral Raise: 3x30x25 Face Pulls: 2x50x med band Shrugs: 3x20x500 Cable Fly: 3x30x30
