  My buddy Vinny D has said in the past when talking about his diet, "there is no such thing as a cheat day". Mind you, he's a guy who can bench press the Hoover Dam and then decided to lose 100 pounds and "get into shape". And boy did he ever!!! I flat out tell people that if you read my log with any regularity then Vincent's is another you need to not only read but study. People get motivated for a few minutes. They are driven when they are "up", but it's not until OBSESSION takes over that the discipline becomes a way of life. You know those folks, you see them and the conversation around them is "oh he's crazy", or "She has no other life..." So? Who the fuck cares what other people are saying or thinking? Do they pay your bills? Do they want as much as you? Probably not! They would rather sit comfortably on their asses and make excuses rather than success stories. Fuck them! YOU need to become so obsessed with YOUR goal that people will think your are POSSESSED! Discipline and self talk yourself is the begininng! Now Do the WORK!
