I'm not posting this as a "look at me how hardcore I am training no matter what the fucking day is" Nope! I couldn't sleep and this is what I did: TROT Run: 5K YEA! It's raining and drizzling so the air is clean!!!! Squat: Although it's suppose to be DYNAMIC, there is no way in hell that it doesn't begin to grind (on all parts of the body at that). 60 sets of 2 reps at 50% of max. To be completed INCLUDING warm up sets in an hour or LESS! My group had three guys and we did it in 57 minutes. Thankfully we didn't need to move the Monolift up or down. I also added GHR...4 x 25 It became the "Twilight Zone" Gobble For the rest of the day...18 hours of constant feed. Enjoy guilt free eating and resting mi Amigos! I'm thankful for all of YOU.
