Not to harp on it for my regular readers, but I am still dealing with three herniated discs and spinal stenosis. It has really put a damper on my training. Not only is my lifting severely limited, but my conditioning is as well. I can't push a prowler, I can't do hills, or sprints, no weight vest walks, burpees, no treadmill running, the ergometer is out, pretty much you name it and I can't do it. What I can do however is get on the air/assault bike and pedal my ass off. Luckily my disc issues and stenosis do not get aggravated by sitting. So without being able to push the weights and everything else I was doing regularly, I really needed to find something to challenge myself. Air bike Tabatas do just that. So if you are limited like I am and need a good ass kicking, get on the air bike if you can.
