My silence speaks volumes. I like to ask the important question to start, and then most of my remaining ones are much like...and then? how did that make you feel? how hard was THAT? Would you do it again? etcetera. By asking questions, most folks love to give their answers. When they hit the ones that are logical they have that "Ah-ha" moment. THEY usually can come up with the answer and it IS theirs!
