As incredible as it sounds, men and women took baths only twice a year (May and October). Women kept their hair covered, while men shaved their heads (because of lice and bugs) and wore wigs. Wealthy men could afford good wigs made from wool. They couldn't wash the wigs, so to clean them they would carve out a loaf of bread, put the wig in the shell, and bake it for 30 minutes. The heat would make the wig big and fluffy, hence the term 'big wig'. Today we often use the term 'here comes the Big Wig' because someone appears to be or is powerful and wealthy.   Today's Training: Tier I: Bench: 10x5x205 OHP: 10x5x95 DB Lateral Raise: 4x15x25 Mini Band Horizontal Chest Adduction: 125 continuous reps Shrugs: 5x10x315   Tier II: Incline DB Chest Press: 5x20 super set w/ Low Box 1 1/2 Squat: 5x10 go all the way down/half way up/all the way down/all the way up for ONE rep Flat DB Chest Press: 5x20 super set w/ GHR: 5x10 DB Lateral Raise: 5x15 super set w/ Split Squat: 5x10 each leg
