Maintaining a strong Pre hab/ Rehab shoulder routine and still remain training is taking a LOT more time than I expected. I end up forgetting to do certain exercises as I am keeping the training environment fast pace and fun. I then have to go back and figure it out what I missed and by the time I put it all together the morning slips away. I will organize my own training a bit better next week. Today's Training: Run: 3.1 DB Curls at a 3:3:5 Tempo 4x8 super set w/ Reverse Grip BB Curls at a 3:3:5 Tempo 4x10 BB Curls at a 3:3:5 Tempo 4x8 super set w/ Reverse Grip BB Curls (again) at a 3:3:5 Tempo 4x10 Wide Rope Tricep Push Down: 4x12 super set w/ Supine Tricep Extensions: 4x10 Shoulder width Push ups with a three count contraction: 4x12 super set w/ Supine Tricep Extensions slightly heavier: 4x8 Bike Commute: 18 minutes Sprints: 5x100
