Hold your body in a straight line and row away. Using the semi supinated grip will take some stress off of your shoulders. Typically, where you row to on your torso will train that area on your back, so these are a very versatile movement. An easy regression on this is to bend your knees and keep your feet on the floor. To make them even easier you can raise the height of the bar.
