Today's training: Warm up: 5 minutes Parallel Box Squat: 30 x 2 doing a set on the MINUTE. Men use either: 225 or 275 or 315 Women use either 95 or 135 ore 185 AirDyne: 20 minutes Bike Commute: 20 minutes
