As I headed out the door this morning, a wonderful spider had built quite the incredible web that went unseen... UNTIL I walked face first into it!!!! It was right then and there, that I demonstrated quite a few Kung Fu moves I never knew I possessed. I now have my Black Belt in beating the CRAP out of spider webs. Bring IT! Squat: Work up to the Dynamic Weight or 60% of the max and DO 5 sets of 5 reps. Dead Lift: 5 sets of 1 rep Reverse Hyper: 3x12
