Yesterday Various sprints and jump, along with playing touch football with kids (felt very powerful) Today Pullovers against band 6 sets of 12 reps Bill pearl around the world fly 200 Reps(at failure rest 20 sec repeat until 200 reached) Pec Deck done in the above fashion (reverse rear belt style) BFR 10 minutes arms Feeling great and powerful--very well conditioned!!
