I was talking to another Coach today who looked a bit off his game. When inquiring or maybe it's me being nosey, the response he gave me was normal and not unlike a few times I felt the same...Overwhelmed! I suggested that he compartmentalize his daily objectives and make sure he knew what was important and what was urgent. I think your daily pie (and yours can be different) is separated into equal parts: Spiritual Fitness Social Fitness Professional Fitness Physical Fitness With in each group are pyramids from the most important baselines to the top or urgent pinnacles. Knowing that every peak wants something yesterday and without addressing the baseline important the stack will crumble. You can't add to one part of a 24 hour day, without sacrifice to another quadrant of the pie. Once you have established it, then your priorities will become more apparent and unwavering in your commitment to each. How you separate it is up to you. What you might need help on is what layer of the pyramid things belong to. If you need some guidance I am certainly happy to help. Just drop me a line!!
