A reader of the site

asked on the Q&A if I'd post the next block in the series from the Disc Injury, It's Not the End series of Coaching Logs. He said he has been following them and it is helping him get back to normal. The mantra of this site is:  

  • Live
  • Learn
  • Pass On
  If this training block helps one reader get back to training and maybe even competing, I am doing what we set out to do.   So....here is my Low Budget Coaching Log-it only took me 5 minutes and virtually zero thought. This is the next 4 weeks of the actual block I used to help two of my lifters return to training after lumbar disc injuries, and one of them just set a deadlift World Record.
