The Prowler is quite possibly my favorite conditioning tool. Everyone that trains with me has a love/hate relationship with it as well. While everyone will tell you the horror stories about my Prowler programming, EVERYONE that lives to talk about it, does so with affection. I think... hmmm...well MAYBE. We love to glamorize it too. Today we worked up some novel sayings like: You can't spell Prowler without "WE". (we waited for a guy that had to use the bathroom before beginning today) You need to be a PRO to use the PROwler. PROfessional grade OW in the Prowler. We laugh. Hahaha, we are getting into KILLER good shape. Leg Swing: 30 each leg Leg Abduction Swing: 30 each leg Suspended Good Mornings with the Mastodon Bar: Work up in small jumps to a 5 rep max: GHR: 2x8 then one all out rep effort for one more set Back Raise: 1x5 1x10 1x15 1x20 1x25 1x20 1x15 1x10 1x5 Prowler: 7x60 yards x 90 lbs
