People who don't workout sort of look down on those who do, claiming they’ll go to any length to live longer. I don’t think that’s the reason most people train. Most of us train not because we want to live longer, but because we want to live life to the fullest. It’s far better to live with clear goals and be fully alive than in a fog, and I believe training helps you do that.
