I’ve trained CJ for over 9 years and have learned what he responds best to. Although the majority of my training method is based off of a gradually increasing range of motion, I’ve learned that CJ responds better to basic linear periodization. His CNS just responds better to the full motion without accommodating resistance. Hopefully we can continue to steadily improve leading into the Nationals in July.
