OLD SCHOOL TRAINING - Arch Back Good Mornings This was one of my best builders because my issue was low back and glute strength. The trick here was to keep the arch and come back up before the hips started doing too much. The biggest mistake I've seen made with these are people going too low. A tight arch must be held. It's also not a squat lockout. Think of it as a super arched top end good morning with hyperextending. We did tons of these using different bars, stances and suspended. This video is a clip from the original and discontinued Westside Squat Training Video.
