I actually have a lot to post about right now, but wanted to give our relative newcomer, Randy Bertrand, credit for his first meet as an Orlando Barbell member. Randy competed at the USPA Rumble at the Beach in Holly Hill this past weekend. In the Raw 45-49, 275 lb class Randy squatted 402, benched 275 and deadlifted a PR 451 for a PR total of 1128. Congratulations Randy!

It's nice to be reminded the camaraderie which is what drew me to Powerlifting to begin with.

Randy’s planning to get in some single ply gear for his next meet. I’ll post some updates as he adapts to the gear.
