Have you ever looked at your "To Do" list and not be able to see the end? Like a month of stuff that needs addressed in one day kind of stuff. It can be OVERWHELMING. Because it can be you begin to feel the anxiety that accompanies it with the paralysis of analysis, so you do NOTHING and realize that it is going to get worse. So it compounds, and flattens you. Here's what I do. I have always been able to compartmentalize things. In doing so, I can prioritize them as well, or what I call the recognition of what is IMPORTANT vs. what is urgent. Everyone wants what is important to them, completed by yesterday! Is that important to YOU? If it is part of the process, then ok. BUT, if it can be pushed back and addressed at a less stressful time, then the task will be done better than expected. Take a moment and write down your daily list of objectives! Then put them in order of importance. Keep at it, until you have nothing left. Then...have a snack, and get some rest! We have the next hour. Ahahahahahahaha   Today's Training: Box Squat: Work up to a baseline 8 reps. Then do FOUR more sets of eight.   GHR: 95 reps in as few sets as possible Single Leg Step Ups: 6x5 @ SSB Yoke Bar and 12" Box Sprint I : 10x10 yards Sprint II: 5x50 Sprint III: 1x100
