Throw a band hanging plate on the bar for a warm up then add some chain. Clip each chain end to end so the make a loop. This will keep them on the bar. Press out on the bar and keep your bar path in a straight line. If you don’t the chains will start swinging and smash into the rack. Ive replaced speed benching with these for a few weeks and it seems to be working. They could also work real well as a high rep finisher. 3-10 x 10-20
