I did a little experimenting on Thursday and Saturday getting ready to start my "new" 6 week training cycle to finish out the semester. Thursday: Bench Experiment
- FBB Bench: 95x5/105x5/15x5/115x5/95x5 all of this hurt
- DB Squat: 5x10 w/75lbs
- Press: 50 reps w/bar
- Pull-up Experiment: 5x2 no pain at all
- KB Row: 5x10 w/70lbs
- Trap Bar: worked up to 295x10
- Pull-up Experiment #2: 5x3 no issues
- DB Incline: 5x15 w/20's minor pain during movement
- KB Row: 5x15 w/70lbs
