- Inverted Rows: 134 reps in 20 minutes

- 60 minute weighted vest walk around campus (I did not move at a fast pace. I just enjoyed being outside and walking around. Stopped by volleyball and then softball practice.

- DB Incline: 5x10 w/20's/3x5 w/25's
