I have read three straight posts on social media about Thanksgiving giving people "Dad Bods". Four posts of women complaining about their "Motherly figures" and how they can't wear crop tops or high waisted jeans and how it's going to spiral down with the holidays that are now here. Then there was even an advertisement for a T-shirt that is cut tight around the arms and loose through the torso. Holy BUCKETS! I wonder if anyone considered working out and growing a pair of arms and trimming their gut so they can see their toes? No one gives a rip about what you did YESTERDAY!!! What are you DOING (not going to do) TODAY to make yourself better? Lazy and undisciplined is right before fatso! And for the record...it wasn't ONE day that did this to you. You have earned your diabetes. Now do something to rid it!! Squat: 4 RM; PRE=8 Three Drop Sets GHR: 3x15 Friday: AirDyne: 25 minutes Pull Up Hell: 1000 reps with my son Band Tricep PushDown: 200 reps Saturday: AirDyne: 25 minutes
