I mentioned to a psychologist friend of mine that she needed to remove everything that makes her weak, including her weak thoughts that keep her from achieving her goal.

After she lamented on why she had missed her lifts, I realized that she had too many things polluting her wheel house. Can't have that!!!

The longer I've been doing this the more I realize that what you feed yourself is so important.

I'm not just writing about what your diet of food is either. What are you watching on T.V./Internet that doesn't strengthen or is good for you and your brain?

What books are you reading? Do they add to your mental toughness?

What Podcast (I don't know what they are, but all the cool kids talk about podcast...)are you listening to? Do they excite you to do better or are they "time wasters"?

Who are you hanging out with? Do they challenge you or do they inhibit you?

If your goal is to be stronger, healthier, more of life kind of person, then you have to watch what you are feeding on and remove all the things that hinder you.
