I'm pretty sure Jim Wendler wrote this one up a LOooooong time ago. I used it for about a year with pretty good return for the effort. While maintaining my concurrent Strength/Rehabilitation program this one was a favorite for simply the title. I mean REALLY, who wouldn't want to be gracefully enormous?
