I have found that in pursuit of all my goals and aspirations with relentless abandon (more like reckless) and feverish perversion, that I have MISSED some of the serendipities of life and the fruits they have to offer. I have adopted the "No Shoes, No Shirt, No Problem" lifestyle that Kenny Chesney sings about when I moved from the East Coast to the West Coast. I adore the "beach" lifestyle (or if you know me personally, no style at all) and in such, have let my mind and body chill and relax when I'm not in the gym. I don't overthink issues or become anxious as to "what's next". What's next isn't here and NOW! THAT has become my focus and that allows me less stress and more enjoyment over the things that are present and right in front of me.   Today's Training: Dynamic Bench Press: 12x 3 @50% super set w/ Overhead Press: 12x3 @ 95 lbs   DB Chest Press for time: 6 minutes @12.5 lbs. This is interesting. I didn't think the weight was particularly hard, BUT I did find that my right tricep was getting fatigued quicker than any other muscle groups that are used in the chest press. I think I found a weakness, Lois! DB Lateral Raise: 4x10@25 super set w/ DB Front Raise: 4x10@15   Shrugs: 3x15@405 4 way neck: 1x15@6.0
