When I get a chance to train with my teams the atmosphere changes a bit. I get to smack talk and chirp like I use to do when I was a bona fide athlete participant. No one is immune and feelings are accounted for. The sarcasm and movie dialog is rampant. While I still am vigilant of what is happening, I get to "play" and that makes the ONE session workout on Saturday so enjoyable. If you EVER want to stop by and rampage with me, I am sending this out as your invitation to join us. But you better have your full coat of Armor. The feelings must be in check and NO ONE is immune.
