I have very commingled and complicated back, neck, and shoulder issues. Due to several herniated lumbar discs dating back decades which often get aggravated, my sciatica diagnosis is always tied back (pardon the pun) to those discs.

Sometimes it seems as though I have tried everything. That's not just on my own. That includes the work of many physical therapists and orthopedists.

Luckily Dr. Wendler and I have an ongoing text chain regarding our maladies. He pointed me in the direction of a stretch that focused more on the piriformis for sciatica. I tried it and had nice success.

After a few weeks, I was not 100% so I decided to see where the piriformis/sciatica rabbit hole would take me on the ol' interwebs. Luckily I happened upon this amazing mobility movement.

Miraculously, after a few days, my sciatica was completely gone. In addition, my mobility on my right/affected side has increased dramatically.

I have incorporated this movement into my warm-up. I also do it another two to three times a day. It's been life-altering.

So if you have been floundering away with your sciatica pain, give this a shot. Hope it helps.
