I woke up at my normal time today and April asked, "what are you doing?" Mind you it's 0330 and I'm wondering why is she up asking me questions? My intention was to brush my teeth to scrape the GARLIC taste from my mouth. Huh? OK, I've been fighting a terrible cold for about a month now. Maybe it's three different strains back to back, but it feels like one long pain in the ass of a cold. Symptoms are flu like, but ok...I can function, and I'm not one to complain. A pal of mine, Bruce A Franklin Jr., on Social Network recommended that I take in a clove of garlic, mixed with honey and cinnamon. Since I can't taste a darn thing, I'm ok with this. I digress...so, as I am intending to get back into bed and snooze away my Saturday, I become restless. Turning to April, I tell her..."Let's go in and I'll train lightly just to get things moving. I promise not to stress this session. You and Hunter can get your training done and then we'll be gone in less than 50 minutes". SHE BUYS IT! Couple of my partners get notified by April that "It's On" (Felt like 'Maverick's Surf Competition', look it up if you don't know what that is) and we go. Within 5 minutes I get a hankering for some Pizza. Why? Ever take in FOUR cloves of garlic and then sweat it out the next day? Yup, that was me!!! Unfortunately I still can't taste, so it would be a waste. But I am SO in the mood for some PIZZA or Italian food for breakfast.   Here's what we did:   Incline DB Chest Press: 10x10x60 DB Chest Press (flat): 10x10x70 Cable Fly: 10x10x60
