It is with a heavy heart that I bid you all a fond farewell. It seems as though social media has taken over and these coaching logs are not getting much traction anymore. While I do post on Instagram @vincentdizenzo it just won't be the same.
You can always catch me on Wendler's forum. I will probably be more active over there now that this is going away. I even reached out to my hermano Harry Selkow who might have some tech gurus put together something for him to see if I can hitch on to it. I'm also hoping to post some articles here on Elitefts as I still feel I have something to offer.
Thanks for coming along for the pounds of weight lifted and the pounds of weight lost for all these years. I hope you were able to take something away from it. Be well all.
