I had a good idea of what I wanted to do before I went to bed the night before but I'm feeling run down and was not 100% sure if I would push or pull back on this day. On the way to the gym I just started getting quiet and by the time I got the bar set up in the gym I knew, it was going to be one of THOSE day! I shut the door so I could turn the music up a little louder and just be "alone". Box Squats SS Yoke Bar 332 + Onyx Light Bands x 2 x 2 + light bands x 2 x 2 + light bands x 2 x 2 + light bands x 2 x 2 + light bands x 2 x 2 + 100 lbs weight releasers x 1 + 200 lbs releasers, did not release, I still made it came back and got another with them releasing. Bench Press 135 + doubled mini bands x 3 x 2 sets 157 x 3 x 2 sets 179 x 3 x 2 sets 199 x 3 x 2 sets 225 x 1 291 x 1 (raw PR) add 2nd set of doubled mini bands and Maddog SlingShot x 1 335 x 1, PR Deadlifts 175 kg x 2 x 4 sets 195 kg (full bar or about 100 lbs total) x 2, still in rehab Finished off with lats, triceps, abs, etc...
