(KIDDING) You guys know what I mean... Worked up 495 for 1. (you know I don't count anything besides Hundo's, 45's and 25's) Plus using the Mastodon bar only counts as a HEAVY 45 lb. Bar. Kettle bell Swings: 5x5c a PAIR of 56er's.   Bike ride home. Today is finally the FIRST +90 degree day here. Geesh...THAT took forever.
