Hustling between Hockey games on Saturday, we squatted and dead lifted for speed. I say, "between" hockey games because the morning game was held in Oakland, which on a good day is 45 minute drive (without traffic) then back to the gym for the squat/DL. Quick lunch and off to Freemont in where the Santa Clara begins. You know, home of Super Bowl 50~~~ (just not as far) but here the California traffic gets "interesting" to say the least. Dynamic Effort Squat : 8x2x275 Rep Squat: 9x9x205 Both ex's done with the Mastodon Bar Dead Lifts: 8x1x275 Keeping the exercise the same weight is helpful to my simple mind.   We got home and had a late dinner so our bed time gets pushed back some. The running joke with me, is that I go to bed the same time most people are contemplating "going out" and before their showers. 9:30 PM last night is WAY LATE for me. So my early morning workout was pushed back until 7:30 for some Chest Pressing today. DB Incline Press: 5x13x45 DB Flat Press: 5x13x55 Axl Bar Bench Press: Pushing from the PINS on up.: 5 reps until heavy then do 4x5. 185 on the axl felt like 505. But heck, I'm good with this. I haven't had a bar of any weight in my hands for a very long time. Dips: 100 reps. Push up Pyramid: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1=124 reps Pull up totals=1319 Push Up totals=1251 Dips-1,998 Prowler: 720 yards
