SSB Low Box SQUAT: Work up to a heavy single. Beat last weeks number. (we must have sandbagged last week everyone had at least 25 lbs MORE. I'm currently looking at the hem on my skirt...jeeeesh!) GHR: 100 reps. Done in as few sets as possible Back Extension vs. Band: 120 reps Blistering Bike ride home. We are headed out the door for Lake Tahoe. Just waiting for our younger versions of April and I to show up to watch the house and dog. Hunter has a Hockey PRE season camp and scrimmages at altitude. This always gets exciting. However, the need to beat Holiday traffic to Tahoe is beginning to LOOM. Better get my clown nose out. The one I like to wear when sitting still on highways. I get the weirdest looks when I do. Labor Day...I hate when summer is over. SAD FACE!
