Having a healthy circadian rhythm can help manage stress and cortisol which will lead to better sleep. Getting this down will continue to build a synergistic relationship that keeps improving each other every single day. Viewing the morning sunrise, going on a 5-10min walk first thing in the morning is the most powerful way to properly time cortisol release. Also, by viewing the sunset reinforces that rhythm and preps the melatonin pathway for release and sleep induction. Avoiding any bright or overhead lights from the hours of 11pm to 4am will help to not disrupt this rhythm. You can also wear blue light blockers or use an app like flux on your computers and phones to reduce blue light exposure. Being able to find ways to keep your body in tune with proper circadian rhythm is one of the best ways to control stress and mitigate stress. It will have your body releasing the proper hormones necessary to have energy throughout the day and hormones to help you sleep at night.
