Back to BUILDING what I needs to be built. Playing the "long game" I have to spend more time building than I do testing. The catch here is that a lot of everything that I do is a "test" of will my body hold up...not how strong that I am. Super Yoke: 350 x 2 sets 460 x 2 sets 570 x 2 sets 680 x 1/2 set 770 x 0!!!! Finally picked it up but did not walk Atlas Stones 3 picks and holds while hands are at the knees, then lap and load 165, 190, 230, 245, 285 x 3!!! Freaking Hard Work! Log Press 111 / 244 x 5, PR Deadlift 506 + 70 in chains x 5, PR No accessories at all. Partially because I need the rest but MOSTLY because I was running late and my wife wanted to know where I was :)
