Sunday (did a light workout) before church and everyone woke up then read my kindle in the pool -300 Hindu Squats in 14:30 Monday Deck of Pain Push ups (for each card I flipped over I did that many seconds of push ups, so I focus on stretch & ROM) This took 26:40, hit bag after (all jokers, kings, queens, aces, jacks etc were 11 sec)..................
