  • SSB Box Squat: 245x5
  • Push-ups: 5x10
  • BBB: 5x10@205
I don't remember what else I did. I'm sure there was neck or traps in there. Workout 14
  • FBB Bench: 5x5@135
  • Pull-ups: 5x5
  • BBB (straight bar): 5x10@105
My forearms were sore from the previous workout so I kept it short and sweet. Workout 15
  • Trap Bar: 275x5
  • KB Row: 5x10
  • BBB: 5x10@225
I did some neck harness and traps. Feeling pretty good. I'm stiff in the morning, but I'm feeling good once I get moving around during the day. I'm enjoying this, but I really look forward to getting back to my normal lifting schedule.
