Using the length of a bench and placing the feet on a stool behind I Did mine in TWO sets! 73 and 27 reps Dips: 200 reps in as few sets as possible. Four sets and out Bike Commute Pushed the totals up this morning. Pull up totals=1629 Push Up totals=2161 Dips-3058 Prowler: 5600 yards
