Valentine's Day was upon us so I made sure that my wife was happy at home with her gifts and her boys before I headed to the gym. THE PLAN: walk away with a Super Yoke PR, play with some reps on Atlas Stones, push the Log Press and don't get injured! Super Yoke warm ups 680 x 65 ft in 10.28 seconds, felt like a full minute! Atlas Stones warm ups 230 x 5 to 62 inches Log Press singles up to 120/264 I wanted more but my left shoulder was not enjoying the rotation! Deadlift 264 x 3 386 x 3 386 x 0, hurt Finished off with some very light stretching and accessory work and went home!
