4-way Neck: 1x12

Three-way shoulders: 3x20

OHP: 3x10

Dynamic Bench: 8x3x60%

Pin Press (the last four inches until lockout): Start w/ your dynamic weight and go up. No need to go apeshit, but to only establish a decent number

Incline DB Press: 3x10

C/S Row: 3x10

Tricep Push-down: 4x12

Bike Commute: 27 mins.

Sprints: 10x50 yards
