I traveled with Softball on Wednesday so I didn't lift. It works out because I have a 4pm Football scrimmage on Saturday. I'll get my 3rd lift in before I have to be there.

  • SSB Box Squat: 265x10
  • Pull-ups: 5x5
  • FBB Bench: 65x10/85x10/3x10@95
  • T-Bar: 5x10 w/3 plates
  • Neck Harness: 30
  • DB Curls: 50
  • DB Extensions: 30
I tried to do DB Extensions and was able to! About 2 weeks ago I tried and I couldn't extend a 10. Today I got 10 reps in with a 10 and 20 in with a 15 - progress. I know the upper body pressing is awful, but I'm able to do it, so I'm happy. The upper body pulling seems to be just fine, again. I'm pretty much doing the same weights as I did before everything went south. Perfect timing. With the weather getting nicer (for 2 days) I have faith I'll get myself back in fighting shape by the end of the summer.
